News 1 – Quang Tri power grid: investment preparation to be accelerated
PSC has signed a contract with Power Project Management Board 1 (EVNPMB1, under EVN) for the survey work.
News 2 – EVN assigned to relocate 110 kV and higher power infrastructure for the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong railway
According to the Government News portal, under Resolution No. 281/NQ-CP of 22 September 2026, EVN may decide on investment in sub-projects relocating power infrastructure of 110 kV and above for the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong Railway, without a separate investment policy approval.
Existing-condition surveys, topographic and geological assessments and data for relocation plans are areas where PSC has extensive experience, supported by modern equipment and its own accredited laboratory.
Its experience with inter-regional 500 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV transmission lines across rugged terrain and complex geology in the North, Centre and South provides a strong basis for applying its expertise to transportation infrastructure.

News 3 – Tran Hung Dao – Thuong Dinh and Nam Thang Long – Noi Bai metro lines
In a directive published on 24 September 2026, the Government called for faster investment procedures for two Hanoi urban railway lines – Tran Hung Dao – Thuong Dinh and Nam Thang Long – Noi Bai – while ensuring technical standards and network-wide connectivity. For transport projects with tunnels, special-grade bridges or soft ground requiring long treatment, technical quality requirements were again emphasized.
From a technical perspective, these requirements highlight the role of underground surveys, geotechnical testing and monitoring in preparing, building and controlling impacts on nearby structures. This is one of PSC’s key strengths, as it is regularly entrusted with critical underground projects such as urban underground high-voltage transmission lines.
