CAPABILITY FOUNDATION
01
Over 40 years of experience
PSC’s team builds on the workforce, experience and expertise accumulated continuously since 1981 through more than 1,000 major energy projects in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
02
Multidisciplinary team
Multidisciplinary coordination allows PSC to connect data from the field, laboratory and engineering departments to provide consistent inputs for design, construction, acceptance and operation.
03
Understanding of terrain and complex working conditions
PSC’s team has worked in high mountains, plateaus, midlands, plains, cities, rivers and lakes, coastal areas and islands; in bedrock, soft soils, sediments, landslides, erosion, rain, storms, floods and highly variable geology.
04
Combining experience with the next generation
PSC combines experienced experts with young engineers trained and tested on real projects, enabling knowledge transfer between generations and maintaining professional continuity.

EXECUTION CAPABILITY
01
Technology application
PSC’s team is proficient in equipment and technologies suited to each assignment, such as GNSS, UAV, LiDAR, 3D laser scanning, bathymetric and underwater topographic surveys, GIS, and tools for processing, modelling, analysing, compiling, reporting and managing project data.
02
Field organization and deployment
The team is flexibly organized into multiple crews, allowing PSC to select and mobilize the optimal resources, equipment, methods and approaches for each terrain, weather condition, technical requirement and project schedule.
03
Technical, quality and safety discipline
PSC personnel comply with QA, QC and HSE requirements, placing priority on accuracy, objectivity and data traceability. Every step – from planning, equipment checks, surveying, sampling, testing and construction to data processing, review and issuance of documentation – has clearly defined responsibilities and strict controls.
04
Ability to mobilize and coordinate multiple teams
PSC can organize discipline-based teams and coordinate personnel and equipment to work simultaneously at multiple locations, on multiple work fronts or along long route corridors. Seamless coordination limits discrepancies and meets project quality, schedule and safety requirements.

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
01
International cooperation experience
PSC’s team has experience in international projects and in working with foreign project owners, clients, consultants, general contractors and partners. This experience has strengthened their ability to coordinate with multiple parties, absorb new technologies and techniques, and become increasingly professional.
02
Continuous training – clear career development
PSC places strong emphasis on training, upskilling and advancing its workforce through in-house programmes, on-site training and external specialist courses. Each role has a development path aligned with expertise, experience, actual capability and job requirements.
03
Passion, perseverance and responsibility
PSC’s team is committed to the profession, eager to learn and ready to work in remote areas, difficult terrain, adverse weather and complex operating conditions. A strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and practical experience help PSC personnel persist in pursuing quality until each task is complete.
04
Safety – health – wellbeing
Employees are trained in safety, risk identification, first aid and emergency response for specific conditions; they also receive health checks and support for working and living conditions, especially during long assignments in remote areas, on rivers, at sea and offshore.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION & EXPERTS
For over 40 years, working on the nation’s pioneering and major projects, PSC has continuously learned from, collaborated with and received technology transfers from international experts, progressively integrating into the global technical knowledge ecosystem.

In challenging terrain and specialized environments, modern equipment and technology provide an important foundation, but they are not the only factors determining project execution efficiency. In remote, rugged or inaccessible areas where large-scale machinery cannot be deployed, PSC’s local knowledge, practical experience and the ingenuity of its teams become distinct advantages.
Through flexible field operations, tailored technical approaches and the effective mobilization of appropriate resources, PSC consistently develops feasible, efficient and safe solutions for every assignment.
This capability has been cultivated and passed down through generations, including periods when Vietnam faced significant challenges and equipment was rudimentary. Even under such conditions, PSC’s people continued to innovate and find ways to fulfill their missions. This enduring ability to adapt and innovate is one of PSC’s distinctive competitive strengths.
PSC has the capability to organize, integrate and mobilize personnel, experts, technologies, equipment and suitable partners in a coordinated manner, tailored to the scale, schedule and complexity of each project.
