ISO 9001:2015 – PSC Quality Management System

CERTIFICATE NUMBER

Every member of PSC fully understands that the accuracy, objectivity and reliability of survey and testing data directly affect the quality of design, construction and operation solutions. Even a minor error can create technical risks, compromising human safety, clients’ assets and the long-term durability of structures.

PSC therefore upholds the highest standards of professional responsibility and quality discipline. All data and services provided by PSC must undergo rigorous collection, verification, cross-checking and quality control before release, providing a reliable basis for clients to make critical technical decisions.

HT 4934.26.34

Validity: from 22 April 2026
to 21 April 2029

PSC’s Quality Management System has been assessed and certified by the Vietnam Certification Centre (QUACERT) as conforming to TCVN ISO 9001:2015/ISO 9001:2015 within its certified scope of activities.

For PSC, ISO 9001:2015 is particularly important because much of the company’s output consists of survey data, testing, inspection and monitoring results, technical documentation, and the quality of geotechnical works. These provide an essential basis for project owners and consultants to select design solutions, determine construction quantities, organize construction, conduct acceptance procedures, and operate facilities safely, efficiently and sustainably.

An error in coordinates, elevations, stratigraphic descriptions, sampling, testing, data processing or construction control can affect a project’s design, cost, schedule and long-term safety. Quality at PSC must therefore be established, controlled and verified at every stage of execution, as well as checked in the final deliverable.

ISO 9001:2015 provides a foundation for PSC to implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) consistently. QA focuses on establishing processes and the conditions needed to prevent errors; QC focuses on checking, detecting and addressing discrepancies in individual datasets, tasks and deliverables.

Through the Quality Management System, data are linked to their source, location, time, method, equipment and personnel to maintain verifiability and traceability. This is particularly necessary for facilities with service lives extending to a century, spanning multiple stages from surveying, design and construction to operation, maintenance, upgrading and expansion.

Implementing ISO 9001:2015 helps PSC safeguard the accuracy, objectivity and reliability of data, identify technical risks early, and minimize errors, rework and additional costs. This provides a foundation for PSC to deliver technical outputs of consistent quality, support sound decisions by project owners, and improve the efficiency, safety and long-term reliability of facilities.

ISO 14001:2015 – PSC Environmental Management System

CERTIFICATE NUMBER

Every member of PSC clearly understands that surveying, testing and construction activities can affect soil, water, air, ecosystems and the lives of communities in project areas. Impacts that are not identified and controlled promptly can cause lasting environmental damage, affect local residents’ property and livelihoods, and compromise the sustainability of structures.

PSC therefore takes responsibility for environmental protection throughout every stage of its work. Environmental risks and impacts are identified, assessed and controlled from work planning through to site restoration. PSC personnel comply with requirements for waste management, pollution prevention and efficient resource use, while minimizing impacts on the landscape, ecosystems and communities.

MT 545.26.34

Validity: from 22 April 2026
to 21 April 2029

PSC’s Environmental Management System has been assessed and certified by the Vietnam Certification Centre (QUACERT) as conforming to TCVN ISO 14001:2015/ISO 14001:2015 within its certified scope of activities.

For PSC, ISO 14001:2015 is particularly significant because surveying, drilling, sampling, testing and geotechnical construction activities take place across areas with diverse natural conditions and varying levels of environmental sensitivity: forests and mountains, rivers and lakes, coastal areas, islands, residential areas, construction sites and operating plants.

During execution, machinery, fuels, chemicals, drilling fluids, test samples, wastewater, waste and the construction of access roads can affect soil, water, air, ecosystems and surrounding communities. Environmental aspects must therefore be identified, assessed and controlled from the work planning stage, rather than addressed only after impacts have occurred.

ISO 14001:2015 helps PSC integrate environmental responsibility throughout its work, from site surveys, work planning and the mobilization of personnel and equipment to site restoration and completion. Control measures are selected to suit the terrain, natural conditions, project scale and environmental sensitivity of each area.

Implementing the Environmental Management System helps PSC use materials and resources efficiently, minimize waste generation, prevent incidents and reduce unnecessary impacts on the natural environment and communities. The system also helps maintain site discipline, strengthen employees’ sense of responsibility and improve coordination with project owners and other stakeholders.

Through ISO 14001:2015, PSC affirms its commitment to development with environmental responsibility. Its objective is to complete technical tasks while ensuring that work proceeds under controlled conditions, complies with relevant requirements and minimizes impacts throughout project execution.

ISO 45001:2018 – PSC Occupational Health and Safety Management System

CERTIFICATE NUMBER

Every member of PSC fully understands that occupational health and safety directly affect the lives and health of workers, colleagues, partners and communities in project areas. Surveying, testing and construction work often takes place in complex terrain, areas with difficult access, at height, underground, on rivers and lakes, along the coast and offshore; any complacency or error can therefore have serious consequences.

PSC considers safety a mandatory prerequisite for starting any work. Hazards are identified, risks assessed and control measures established before resources are mobilized. Personnel receive training, personal protective equipment, instructions on working methods and the authority to stop work when unsafe conditions are identified. PSC does not compromise human life or health to meet deadlines or pursue short-term gains.

OH 195.26.34

Validity: from 22 April 2026
to 21 April 2029

PSC’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been assessed and certified by the Vietnam Certification Centre (QUACERT) as conforming to ISO 45001:2018 within its certified scope of activities.

For PSC, ISO 45001:2018 is particularly important because surveying, drilling, sampling, testing, geotechnical construction and supervision consultancy often take place under complex conditions involving numerous potential hazards. Working environments can range from high mountains, landslide-prone areas and boreholes to underground structures, work at height, rivers and lakes, coastal and offshore areas, power line corridors and operating plants.

The ISO 45001:2018 management system helps PSC manage safety proactively and systematically, beginning with hazard identification, risk assessment and the establishment of safety measures before work starts.

During execution, requirements concerning personnel competence, machinery condition, personal protective equipment, site conditions, weather, communications and emergency response are checked, monitored and adjusted as conditions change.

ISO 45001:2018 helps PSC prevent accidents and protect workers’ health, while also reducing equipment incidents, work interruptions and impacts on project schedules. Maintaining the system also strengthens individual responsibility, safety discipline and the active participation of every team member in carrying out their duties.

Through ISO 45001:2018, PSC affirms its commitment to putting people first and ensuring that work begins only when the necessary safety conditions have been established and are under control. This provides a foundation for PSC to operate consistently, professionally and responsibly across all terrains, natural conditions and working environments.
