INDUSTRIAL & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Urban infrastructure
Vietnamese cities, particularly Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, have high population and building densities and limited land, while their underground utility networks are complex and interwoven. Surveying and construction here demand high accuracy, flexible solutions and strict control of safety, traffic and working space.

INDUSTRIAL & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Industrial infrastructure
In addition to energy projects, PSC participates in a wide range of industrial and specialized infrastructure projects, including manufacturing plants, factory buildings, underground petroleum and LPG storage facilities and other production facilities. These projects require accurate survey data, in-depth geological expertise, and foundation solutions suited to heavy loads, complex technologies, and stringent safety requirements.

Phu My Fertilizer Plant
Large-scale industrial projects requiring geotechnical and foundation investigations for plant systems, equipment and technical infrastructure.

Underground petroleum storage facility
Underground storage facilities requiring in-depth geological investigations, rock condition assessments and safety control in underground environments.

Hyosung Cai Mep Petrochemical Complex & Underground LPG Storage
An underground LPG storage facility of approximately 240,000 tonnes, with a cavern system nearly 5 km long, located approximately 110–200 m below sea level.

EME Long Khanh Factory
Surveys supporting the design of factory buildings and industrial infrastructure, meeting requirements for foundations, loads and production layout.

Asia Alloy Plant – Quang Tri
Survey of the power supply infrastructure: 110 kV line and My Thuy 63 MVA substation.

Xekong Coal Mine – Laos
A mining project with coal reserves of approximately 800 million tonnes, requiring surveys over an extensive area and assessment of regional geological conditions.
